July Update

Another month, means another reflection! This past month has literally been amazing in many ways and I’d like to thank each and every one of you for helping me to push for certain goals, and supporting me in my content creation journey!

Goal Reflections & Current Goals

First of all, I’d like to reflect on my growth in the past month and want to say I am so thankful for all the support I’ve received in terms of new subscribers on Youtube, new followers on Twitch and many people supporting me by using my (#AD) EA Support-A-Creator code, ‘ALLURINGSIMMER’ on the EA App or TheSims.com! Thank you so much and consider to read this update all the way through for insight into upcoming changes with the content that I’m creating as well as an update on how I’ve been performing on my content platforms!

I am continuing to push for the Youtube Partner Program and your support has been very helpful in many ways! In the past month, I’ve gained 80 subscribers, and 459.5 more watch hours! I appreciate the support as I’ve worked to maintain consistency on my channel, and although busy moments in my life might mean less frequent videos in the future, the consistency in content will not change.

The best way to help me with my Youtube Partner Program journey is by continuing to watch videos

As mentioned in my previous blog post, I am pushing for the Youtube Partner Program and the support from the community has been very much appreciated! In the past month, I’ve gained 61 subscribers and we’ve gained 241 more watch hours! Thank you for supporting the content I create by watching videos all the way through, commenting, and liking to let me know that you’re enjoying the content. I’m hoping within the next few months to prepare a lot of content so when life gets a little bit busier later this year, you will still be receiving the same level of consistency I’ve had this far!

A little reminder of my goals for Youtube Partner Program:

In order to unlock the first milestone, I need:

  • 500 Subscribers ✅ & 3000 Watch Hours ❌ (Currently at 1255/3000)

In order to unlock the second milestone, I need:

  • 1000 Subscribers ❌ (Currently at 764/1000) & 4000 Watch Hours ❌ (Currently at 1255/4000)

Although I currently am trying to be more committed to my Youtube content, I’ve still been active on Twitch at a slower, but more consistent pace. At this point, I post on Youtube about 5x a week, however that may go down to 2-3x a week in the upcoming months as I focus on my other career ventures outside of content creation! In terms of Twitch, I am aiming to stream at least 3-4x a week, generally from Wednesday - Saturday for about two hours at a time! 💗

We are currently 20 followers away from 9000 followers on Twitch and that is super exciting! I’m hoping to do a support-a-thon in the upcoming weeks to help raise money for my school fees and school expenses! Any support on both my Youtube channel, Twitch channel and by using my EA Support-A-Creator code is greatly appreciated!

My goals for the next month:

  • Reach 9000 followers on Twitch

  • Hit 100 subscribers by the end of the month on Twitch

  • Reach 2000 watch hours on Youtube

  • Hit 900 subscribers on Youtube (BIG GOAL!)

New Content Plans

→ In the last blog post I mentioned, I’ve created another channel that will be more lifestyle, bookish and writing content. I am planning to pivot and use this as a space for teaching content/co-working as I’m going back to school in Fall and think it would be fun to make content from the work that I’m doing! I also hope to do “study with me” videos, and maybe content on ways to stay organized and different productivity related content!

→ I have a shell challenge & CAS challenge! If you would like to participate, you can choose either option or opt to do both. I’ve extended the deadline until August 2 where I will be touring your builds and checking out the sims you have created! 💗
